Survival analysis provides prognosis of nephropathy based on expression data of molecular signatures. Two methods can be chosen: univariate analysis or multivariate analysis. Two datasets for molecular signature prognosis modeling are provided in the database, Pay attention, the molecular signature should be listed by Gene Symbol, and the tissue was separated into tumor and adjacent nontumor tissue so please select the right type before you submit your list, to test whether the signature is prognostic in tumor tissue or nontumor tissue.
