Welcome to DBPHCC!
dbPHCC is a database(db) for the prognosis(P) of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). It is a system for all the experimentally identified molecules which are related to HCC prognosis. It was curated from 1479 records in 595 literature articles which were published in the past 13 (2002-2014) years.
Eventually the dbPHCC collected 323 proteins, 154 genes, 90 miRNAs, some items were recorded multiple times
